Fold the knees – just like the elbows fold.
Use flexion both to depart and to arrive: absorb the impact. Weight circulates through the entire body.
By enabling knee ‘flexion’ and unlocking the shoulder girdle—expanding the range of torsion—we will achieve more control, more subtleties, and richer qualities.
From above/front = usually moves with legs as a block.
From below/back = moves with grounded feet, allowing articulated, flexible, and POWERFUL bodies.
