How to buy?
Shopping on our site is very easy. You just need to register, create a username with a password, add the course you’re interested in to your cart, complete the payment, and you’re all set! You can access your content right away.

- Choose a product and add it to your CART. You can add more products by clicking on CONTINUE SHOPPING. When you’re finished, click the FINALIZE PURCHASE button.
You can enter a discount COUPON (if you have one). - To continue, REGISTER* on the site or LOG IN to your account if you’ve already registered.
- A summary of your purchase will appear (product, quantity, language, price, etc.). Follow the instructions to complete the payment information.
- Double-check that your order is correct, then click the BUY button. A pop-up window from the chosen platform (PayPal or Mercado Pago, as applicable) will appear.
All set! LOG IN to your account to enjoy your videos.

*REGISTRATION – Important:
After completing your free registration with your email and password, you will receive an email to VERIFY your account. In this message, you’ll find a button that says ACTIVATE ACCOUNT. Click it, and you’ll be able to access your account.
Don’t forget to check your spam folder, as the email might end up there. It’s essential to complete this step; otherwise, you won’t be able to make purchases.

You can freely browse all the content of the Tango Coaching® STORE, but to make purchases, you’ll need to create an account with your email and a password of your choice.
The registration is super quick: just follow this link, go to the REGISTER section, enter an email you use regularly, and set a password. You’ll instantly receive a message to VERIFY your account (if you don’t see it in your inbox, it might be in your Spam folder). In that message, you’ll find a button that says ACTIVATE ACCOUNT. Click it, and your account will be activated.
It’s important to complete this step, as you won’t be able to make purchases otherwise.
Whenever you want to view the classes you’ve purchased, just go to our website and click LOG IN to access your account with your email and password.

Buying from Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® STORE is very simple; it’s just like shopping online on any website. You only need to register, create a username with a password, and add the course you’re interested in to your cart. Once you have all the courses you want to purchase, the site will direct you to the payment platform, where you can enter your details. Complete the payment, and that’s it—you can now access your content!

- Browse the categories and click on the product you are interested in.
- Click the indicated button to add it to your SHOPPING CART. If you want to add more products, click CONTINUE SHOPPING, keep exploring the store, and repeat the process for each product you wish to buy. When you’re finished, go to your cart, or if you’re already there, click CHECKOUT.
Here, you can also enter a DISCOUNT COUPON (if you have one). - To continue, you will need to REGISTER on our site by entering an email address and a secure password. If you are already registered, simply LOG IN to your account.
- Once you are logged in, a summary of your purchase will appear (product, quantity, language, price, etc.). Follow the instructions to complete the empty fields (name and billing address). If you have a promotional code, enter it in the box labeled ADD A COUPON and click “validate.”
- Double-check that your order is correct and click the button of the corresponding payment gateway to complete your order. A pop-up window for the chosen platform (PayPal or Mercado Pago) will appear; fill in the relevant payment details.
- You will be redirected to a confirmation window—done! Check your email inbox for messages regarding the details of your order and purchase confirmation to ensure that your order was successful.
- Now you can access your account and enjoy your classes! Go to the MY ACCOUNT section and log in with your email and password. Once there, you’ll be able to see your active videos under the Videos button.

ABOUT CONTENT AND USE
How long do I have access to my classes?
You will have access for 30 days from the date of purchase. During this time, you can watch the class as many times as you want, whenever you wish.
The access period is limited because we want to avoid procrastination: the idea is to encourage you to establish priorities more effectively. If, after the 30-day membership, you wish to continue accessing the class, you can repurchase it; there are no recurring payments.
Is the content downloadable?
One of the greatest advantages of our platform is that you only need to be connected to the internet to watch the classes, as the content is hosted on our platform and does not take up space on your devices.
What language are the classes in?
Our platform offers you the option to choose the captions and subtitles you want: there are transcripts in Spanish and subtitles in English.

Do I have to be a professional to take these courses?
No, but it is necessary to have an understanding of the language of tango dance.
What level do I need to take the classes?
Intermediate and advanced levels would be ideal. But don’t dismiss your ability to try and improve at any stage of your journey.
Do I need a dance partner?
It’s not necessary to have a dance partner to benefit from the class. While, many of the classes and exercises proposed are designed for pairs, you can learn and enjoy training alone and then practice it with a friend or colleague.
Can I listen to and watch the classes without using my body?
Yes, listening and watching are just as important as movement, but we would love for you to move! The classes are designed with this premise, and we recommend that you dance because, besides, dancing is great fun
Do I have to be of a certain age to take the classes?
Of course not. You will recognize your body and know how far to push yourself, regardless of your age or the physical training you are used to doing. For us, there are no age limits to learning.

Does the platform work in my country?
The platform is accessible worldwide (except in countries where internet access is restricted). If you can access the site and view the class previews, you will also be able to access and purchase all the videos you want.
If I don’t dance tango, can I take the classes?
If you have no experience in tango, you may not be able to fully benefit from the content. However, we encourage you to watch the preview videos and decide afterward. This might be the perfect opportunity to spark your interest and start exploring the fascinating world of tango dance.
Is it useful for tango salón – pista?
Definitely. You will incorporate key tools of tango dance. By training the mechanics of tango and the connection with your partner through movement, you will enrich and deepen your dancing. It will undoubtedly be very useful.
What device do I need to watch the videos?
You can log into your account on Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® STORE and watch the videos from any computer, tablet, or phone. We recommend using a larger screen to enjoy more details and ensuring you always have a good internet connection.
What if I can’t watch my class?
If you are having trouble watching your purchased class, remember to check the quality and speed of your internet connection. You must always be connected to a network to access your account and the videos you purchased. Another option is to ensure that your purchase was completed and approved. Lastly, don’t forget that you need an active subscription to watch it.

How many times can I watch my classes?
You can watch the videos an unlimited number of times while they are available. Memberships last for 30 consecutive days from the date of purchase. Once that period is over, you can purchase it again as many times as you like.
Are the videos sequential?
The classes were designed with the same methodology: we delve into one or several topics in each class, but the sessions do not follow a specific order or sequence, although many of them are related and complement each other.

What payment methods are available?
If you are purchasing from Argentina, you can pay through the methods offered by Mercado Pago. For the rest of the world, you can use the payment methods available on PayPal. When you register, the options available for your location will appear.
How do I know what payment options are available to me?
By registering, go to “create user,” enter your details, and then in your cart, the corresponding options for you will appear. For Argentina, it’s Mercado Pago, and for the rest of the world, it’s PayPal.
When is my purchase confirmed, and when do I gain access to the class?
If the purchase is accepted/confirmed by Mercado Pago or PayPal, the activation of your membership will be automatic. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is credited. If 48 hours pass and you have not received the confirmation, please contact us through our support form.
I registered but did not receive the confirmation email; what should I do?
Make sure you have used your device’s default browser. Also, check that the email is not in the “Spam” or “Junk” folder of your inbox.
Does registering cost anything?
No, registration is free of charge.
Can I purchase multiple products at once?
Yes, you can buy as many items as you want.
Is it safe to buy from this site?

What are promotional codes? COUPON
These are alphanumeric promotional keys that, when validated, generate a discount on a specific product in the store. If you have a promotional code/COUPON, enter it before proceeding to complete the purchase in the indicated box that says “Add a coupon.” You will see the final amount automatically.
Can I request a product exchange or a refund?
No, it is not possible to make exchanges or request refunds on this platform. Therefore, we recommend carefully reading the information about each product and reviewing the previews and descriptions of the classes before purchasing. Once the purchase is made, no changes or returns can be processed.
