We will focus on the mechanics of these embellishments—movement elements that have no lead.
With practice and awareness, they will integrate into the coordinated movements with your tango partner, enriching the construction of meaning—in harmony with the music, the space, and the aesthetics of our dance.
God is in the details. So is a good embellishment.
What details? For example: whether it’s with the toe or heel, if the legs are parallel, if the hip is lifted, if it’s flexed or extended, and other aspects about how and when to do it.
We’ll look at some concrete options so you have a guide, practice, and develop your own criteria for choice and beauty.

Registration and payment for the IN-PERSON seminar includes consent to be part of the videos that will be filmed and published. You will need to sign the agreement on the day of the seminar: NO EXCEPTIONS.
